根据沙囊形状将宽皮柑桔枯水果实分为皱缩型和粒化型两类,发现粒化型沙囊细胞壁有增厚现象,而皱缩型未见增厚。枯水后期沙囊细胞内含物减少,甚至完全消失;果实外果皮的表皮细胞原生质解体,液泡化,经染色处理后细胞核着色浅。根据本研究结果,可以认为枯水的实质是营养物质消耗的结果。
