集团公司党组成员、副总经理王福成同志在集团公司2008年人事工作会议上作了重要讲话。讲话共分三个部分:一、以理论武装、改进作风、增强团结为重点,大力加强领导班子和干部队伍建设;二、以控制机构编制、压缩用工总量、规范薪酬分配为重点,切实提高人事工作的科学管理水平;三、以增强政治意识、坚持改革创新、转变工作作风为重点,进一步加强人事队伍自身建设。本刊选登第一部分的内容。
