上清丸具有清散风热,解毒通便的功能,本文从其药理作用进行了多方面的探讨.结果表明,上清丸具有解热、抗炎、抑菌、升高白细胞的作用.从而说明了上清丸的清热解毒作用是通过对炎症早期毛细血管通透性增高及渗出肿胀起直接抑制的结果,还有可能通过促进机体参与炎症的应答反应而起作用.其20%的药物浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎双球菌有低度的抑制作用.本文从药理方面为该方运用于临床提供了科学依据.
Shangqing Pill has the function of dispelling wind-heat, detoxifying and detoxifying laxative. This article has carried out many discussions on its pharmacological effects.
