中国园艺学会首届秘书长会议于1990年4月11-14日在北京召开,23个省、市、自治区的23名代表出席了会议,收到学会工作经验交流资料17份。 中国园艺学会理事长相重扬、名誉理事长沈隽、副理事长费开伟、李树德、秘书长朱德蔚、副秘书长陈有民、王以莲出席了会议。 中国科协组织部副部长田光华及裴莉同志到会指导并作了重要发言。 会议由费开伟同志主持,相重扬同志致开幕词,指出本次会议的目的是为加强中国园艺学会和各省、市、自治区园艺学会的联系、沟通情况、交流经验、讨论一些共同关心的问题,努力把学会的事情办好,进而团结广大园艺工作者把我国的园艺事业搞上去。 名誉理事长沈隽教授作了发言。朱德蔚秘书长通报了中国园艺学会第5届以来的工作情况和第6届的工作设想。
The first meeting of the secretary-general of China Horticultural Society was held in Beijing from April 11 to April 14, 1990. Twenty-three representatives from 23 provinces, cities and autonomous regions attended the meeting and received 17 copies of the exchange of work experience from the Institute. China Horticultural Society Xianggeng Yang, Honorary Chairman Shen Jun, Vice Chairman Fei Kai Wei, Li Shide, Secretary General Zhu Dewei, Deputy Secretary-General Chen Youmin, Wang Yilian attended the meeting. Tian Guanghua, Vice Minister of China Association for Science and Technology and Comrade Pei Li gave guidance and made important speeches. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Fei Kaibai and Comrade Xiangkai Yang delivered the opening speech. It pointed out that the purpose of this meeting is to strengthen the contact and communication between China Society of Horticulture and the horticultural society of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, exchange experiences and discuss some common concerns Problems, work hard to learn things well, and then unite the majority of horticultural workers in China’s horticultural undertakings. Honorary chairman Professor Shen Jun made a statement. Secretary-General Zhu Dewei briefed the work of the Chinese Society of Horticulture since the 5th session and the 6th working plan.
