目的:探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血的护理。方法:鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血患者168例,观察其疗效,分析总结术前、术后的护理措施。结果:通过术前、术后的精心护理,随访3个月,显效138例(82.14%),有效21例(12.50%),无效9例(5.36%),总有效率94.64%。结论:实施相应的护理措施,对鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血极其重要,能最大限度地减轻患者的痛苦,提高治疗有效率。
Objective: To investigate the nursing of nasal hemorrhage treated with microwave under endoscope. Methods: 168 cases of nasal hemorrhage under endoscopic microwave treatment were observed. The curative effect was observed. Preoperative and postoperative nursing measures were summarized. Results: All the patients were followed up for 3 months with 138 cases (82.14%), 21 cases (12.50%), 9 cases (5.36%) ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.64%. Conclusion: The implementation of appropriate nursing interventions is extremely important for the treatment of nasal hemorrhage by endoscopic microwave, which can minimize the pain of patients and improve the treatment efficiency.
