目的 动态观察尿激酶 (UK)、组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)对兔眼人工晶体术后人工晶体表面细胞反应及膜的影响。 方法 大耳白兔 36只 ,行囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术。按术毕前房注入液的不同分为 :对照组 ;尿激酶组 ;t PA组。术后第 1,4 ,7,14d取出人工晶体 ,观察其表面沉着物及细胞反应 ,并分类计数。 结果 用药组术后未见膜形成 ;术后第 7~ 14d人工晶体表面的巨噬细胞、纤维母细胞与对照组相比显著减少 (P <0 0 1)。其中t PA对纤维母细胞的抑制作用优于尿激酶 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 尿激酶及t PA均可降低纤维膜形成 ,t PA作用更优。
Objective To observe the effect of urokinase (UK) and tissue plasminogen activator (t PA) on the intracellular surface reaction and membrane of intraocular lens after intraocular lens implantation. Methods 36 rabbits were treated with extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. According to the operation of the anterior chamber infusion of different divided into: control group; urokinase group; t PA group. Artificial crystals were removed on the 1st, 4th, 7th and 14th days after operation. The surface sediments and cellular responses were observed and classified by count. Results There was no membranous membrane formation in the treated group. The number of macrophages and fibroblasts on the artificial intraocular lens in the 7th ~ 14th day after operation were significantly decreased as compared with the control group (P <0.01). The inhibitory effect of tPA on fibroblasts was better than urokinase (P <0.05). Conclusion Both urokinase and t PA can reduce the formation of fibrin membrane, t PA effect is better.
