我国有着重视思想政治工作的传统,尤其在国有医药控股企业中,思想政治工作指导和引领着其他的工作,对于促进企业落实国家经济政策,引导企业形成科学发展观和承担社会责任起着十分关键的作用。本文对国有医药控股企业思想政治工作实效性的影响因素进行了分析,并给出了提升国有医药控股企业思想政治工作实效性相应的对策。
