张××,男,2岁,院号1075213.患儿因左上腹肿块于1983年1月4日入院.无特殊伴随症状.入院前曾在本院门诊及外地儿童医院多次查治均未确诊.查体:一般情况好,营养发育良.肝脾未及.左中上腹肿块近圆形、境界不清晰,大小约7×6cm,质地硬、表面尚光滑.但活动度差,无腹水征.腹块超声检查:肿块波形与脾、左肾分开是实质性平段.肝肾功能检验属正常范围,腹部X线平片无异常.拟诊:腹内包块、左肾Wilms氏瘤.
Zhang × ×, male, 2 years old, hospital number 1075213. Children with left upper quadrant on January 4, 1983 admitted to hospital No special accompanying symptoms. Before admission in our hospital and overseas Children’s Hospital, multiple checks were not Diagnosed. Physical examination: good general condition, well-developed nutrition. Liver and spleen not. The left middle and upper abdominal mass is almost circular, the state is not clear, the size of about 7 × 6cm, hard texture, the surface is still smooth, but poor activity, no Ascites sign .Ultrasound ultrasonography: tumor waveform and the spleen, left kidney is a substantive flat segment.Liver and kidney function tests are normal range, no abnormalities in the abdominal plain X-ray.Diagnosis: abdominal mass, left kidney Wilms’s tumor .
