从A群脑脊髓膜炎奈瑟氏菌(78051,血清型4型)提取的外膜蛋白制备成菌苗,接种363例6个月到2岁的婴幼儿,结果局部及全身反应轻微,未发现局部强反应及无菌化脓。中度反应发生率低于0.7%,48小时消失。免后6~72小时内中度以上发烧率,50μg蛋白菌苗组为1.1%~4.3%,25μg蛋白菌苗组为0.5%~1.6%,30μg多糖菌苗组为0~1.2%,吸附剂对照组为0~2.1%。免后人血清的杀菌抗体几何平均滴度,蛋白菌苗组显著高于多糖菌苗组及吸附剂对照组(P<0.05);免后6个月时两个蛋白菌苗组的阳转率显著高于多糖菌苗组。提示蛋白菌苗免后所产生的杀菌抗体较多糖菌苗持久,可考虑以A群蛋白菌苗为婴幼儿免疫的候选菌苗。
The outer membrane protein extracted from Neisseria meningitidis group A (78051, serotype 4) was used as a vaccine to inoculate 363 infants aged 6 months to 2 years with minimal local and systemic reactions and no Found strong local reaction and sterile pus. Moderate reaction rate of less than 0.7%, 48 hours disappear. Moderate to moderate fever within 6 to 72 hours after free-radication was 1.1% -4.3% in the 50 μg of the protein vaccine group and 0.5% -1.6% in the 25 μg of the protein vaccine group and 30 μg of the polysaccharide vaccine group 0 to 1.2%, and the adsorbent control group was 0 to 2.1%. The geometric mean titer of bactericidal antibody in serum without serum was significantly higher than that in polysaccharide vaccine group and adsorbent control group (P <0.05). After 6 months, Transfer rate was significantly higher than the polysaccharide vaccine group. Suggest that the bactericidal antibody produced by the bacterin after immunization is longer lasting than the sugar bacterin and can be considered as a candidate bacterin for immunization of the infant with group A protein bacterin.
