1982年12月4日全国人大五届五次全会通过的新宪法,即将迎来她光辉的8周年诞辰。“82宪法”是我国建国以来所颁布的4部宪法当中最好的一部根本大法。8年来的实践证明,这部宪法的实施,对于推动我国社会生产力的发展,对于发展和促进上层建筑的稳定和完善,对于落实全体公民的基本权利和义务的基本准则等,都起着无与伦比的积极作用。特别是于1989年春夏之交发生在首都北京的动乱和暴乱过程中,这部根本大法成了鉴别真善美和邪恶行为的根本法律准绳。值此纪念新宪法颁布8周年之际,让我们继续深入学习、研究宪法,贯彻、执行宪法,使她成为发扬社会主义民主,健全社会主义法制的行动指南。
