由于很多历史和现实的原因,我国电视播放的国际新闻报道画面大量来自海外新闻机构,如美联电视、BBC、CNN等。相当一部分文稿也是根据海外新闻机构提供的外文稿件编译而成。因此,中国观众所看到的电视国际新闻报道基本是由电视编辑根据国际信号二度创作的文字和画面组成的作品。在二度创作这个任务背后,有很多工作要做。
Due to many historical and practical reasons, a large number of international news reports on television broadcast in China come from overseas news agencies such as APTV, the BBC and CNN. A considerable part of the manuscripts are also compiled based on foreign manuscripts provided by overseas news agencies. Therefore, the television news coverage of the television seen by Chinese audiences is basically composed of the texts and pictures that the television editors made for the second time on the basis of international signals. There is a lot of work to be done behind this task of second degree creation.
