1.要先练好一种流派的太极拳,再练其他。有公园的太极拳辅导站里,众多太极拳爱好者跟着辅导员听着音乐打太极拳,而且是一个套路接着一个套路地练,简化24式太极拳、48式太极拳、杨式竞赛套路、吴式竞赛套路、陈式竞赛套路、孙式竞赛套路、32式太极剑等等,整个练完也差不多一小时了,满头大汗。我个人认为这只仅仅达到了锻炼身体的要求,而要想练好太极拳是绝对不能这样的。虽然各种流派太极拳的拳理相通,但每个流派太极拳的特点不同,练习的方法也不一样。如果在没有系统地掌握好一种流派的太极拳之前,每天每个流派的太极拳不断重复地打下来,一定会打成四不像的。
