企业要想有良好的生存空间和发展空间,必须对利益相关者有高度的责任意识,与利益关系者保持良好的合作关系,彼此互利互惠共同发展。这是企业道德责任的必然性。企业为什么要负道德责任?是什么决定了企业要负道德责任?决定企业必须要承担道德责任的理论依据是什么?寻找企业道德责任的深层依据必须深入到企业中去,了解企业的存在方式、企业与社会的联系。
