利用SEM和DWD-200电子万能试验机,研究了微合金对砂模铸造ZA27合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。SEM分析结果表明,复合添加Mn及Al-Ti-B后ZA27合金的凝固组织得到明显改善,ZA27合金的抗拉强度随着Mn及Al-Ti-B的加入有不同程度的提高。
The effects of microalloying on solidification microstructure and mechanical properties of sand casting ZA27 alloy were studied by SEM and DWD-200 electronic universal testing machine. The SEM results show that the solidified microstructure of ZA27 alloy with Mn and Al-Ti-B is obviously improved. The tensile strength of ZA27 alloy increases with the addition of Mn and Al-Ti-B to some extent.
