港口航运业得益于较早的对外开放,一直是交通运输领域中理念较前卫、市场较发育、思路较开放、发展较成熟的领域。港口在经历了近二十年高速度、大规模的基础设施建设之后,今后如何服务于国家对外开放、经济贸易和社会事业?如何转变发展方式,实现稳步有序的发展,即步入“转型”时期,向更高的层次递进?这里我想谈谈经过认真思考后对港口发展产生的八点认识。一、融入全球经济一体化,成为对外开放的服务系统
