2007年6月～2008年6月我院对本院120例初产妇实行笑气镇痛分娩和陪伴分娩相结合的方法,效果满意。观察报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择240例初产妇,随机分为观察组120例和对照120例,观察组实施笑气镇痛和陪伴分娩措施。两组产妇年龄分别在25～31岁,孕37～42周,新生儿体重2900～4300 g;对照组年龄25～30岁,孕35～42周,新生儿体重2200～4200 g。
From June 2007 to June 2008, 120 cases of primipara in our hospital were treated with combination of nitrous oxide analgesia and companion delivery, and the results were satisfactory. Observations reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Select 240 cases of primipara, were randomly divided into observation group 120 cases and control 120 cases, the observation group implementation of nitrous oxide analgesia and companion delivery measures. The two groups of maternal age were 25 to 31 years old, 37 to 42 weeks pregnant, newborn weight 2900 ~ 4300 g; control group aged 25 to 30 years, 35 to 42 weeks pregnant, neonatal body weight 2200 ~ 4200 g.
