为探索用毛细管电泳分离分析建材中的有害重金属,利用毛细管区带电泳(CZE)技术对重金属离子B a2+、C r3+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Hg2+及其它干扰离子进行了同时分离。通过添加有机溶剂乙二醇使各离子峰的半高宽变窄,对影响分离的背景电解质种类和浓度、缓冲液pH、仪器参数等进行了系统优化。定量条件考察结果表明Pb2+和C r3+的最低检测限为0.1μg/mL,其它3种离子的检测限为1.0μg/mL;在检测限至50μg/mL范围内,各离子的浓度与峰面积线性相关系数好于0.999 8。该方法已应用于实际样品分析。
In order to explore separation and analysis of harmful heavy metals in building materials by capillary electrophoresis, simultaneous separation of heavy metal ions B a2 +, C r3 +, Cd2 +, Pb2 +, Hg2 + and other interfering ions was performed by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). By adding organic solvent ethylene glycol to narrow the full width at half maximum of each ion peak, the type and concentration of the background electrolyte, buffer pH, instrument parameters and so on were optimized systematically. The results showed that the detection limit of Pb2 + and C r3 + was 0.1μg / mL and the detection limits of the other three ions were 1.0μg / mL. The concentration of each ion in the detection limit of 50μg / mL was linear with the peak area The correlation coefficient is better than 0.999 8. This method has been applied to actual sample analysis.
