这件事是大还是小?答案可能见仁见智。在当事人、普通教师邢芳看来,就决不是件小事。作为一名教师,从行政上或其它方面发展的机会并不多,职称的晋升可能是一条不错的晋升通道。众所周知,职称除了与工资挂钩以外,还是对一名专业人员贡献、能力的社会评价,所以这就不是一件无关痛痒的小事了。在这件事上,邢芳认为校长故意打压她,而校长觉得自己并无过错。两人的说法孰是孰非,要做深入的探究才可得出。但有一点却无可否认,邢台市教育局与人事局负有责任。既然相关四部门有“适当加分”之有效规定,那么为什么不落到实处?社会需要公平,也需要疏浚进步通道,使每个社会成员都能获得上升的希望和动力,以调动他们的潜能,这样才能推动社会的整体进步。这个道理想必那些决定邢芳们发展的部门和领导也应该知道,只有由衷地做换位思考,才是避免此类事情发生的根本所在。
