目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者脂蛋白脂酶 (LPL)活性改变及其与血脂水平的关系。方法 对 94例 2型糖尿病患者及 71例非糖尿病患者的肝素后LPL活性变化进行研究分析。结果 糖尿病组LPL活性显著低于非糖尿病对照组 [1 2 0± 0 65vs 2 2 0± 0 68μMFFA/(ml·h) ,P <0 0 1] ,LPL活性与甘油三酯水平呈负相关 (r =-0 2 2 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度呈正相关 (r =0 2 78,P <0 0 1)。结论 2型糖尿病患者LPL活性降低是引起高甘油三酯血症及低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的原因 ,并可能是一个动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activity in type 2 diabetic patients and its relationship with serum lipid levels. Methods 94 patients with type 2 diabetes and 71 non-diabetic patients after heparin LPL activity were analyzed. Results The LPL activity in diabetic group was significantly lower than that in non-diabetic control group [120 ± 0 65 vs 220 ± 0 68 μM FFA / (ml · h), P <0.01], and LPL activity was negatively correlated with triglyceride r = -0.221, P <0.05), which was positively correlated with the concentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (r = 0 2 78, P 0 01). Conclusion The decrease of LPL activity in patients with type 2 diabetes is the cause of hypertriglyceridemia and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which may be a risk factor for atherosclerosis.
