鹿角胶(简称鹿胶),是鹿科动物马鹿(Cervus elaphus L.)和梅花鹿(Cervus nipponTemminck)的雄鹿骨化的头角经熬制而得的胶块。供熬胶用的鹿角有砍角和掉角之分。前者是由猎获的鹿头上砍下来的;后者则是自然脱落于森林中被人拾获的。砍角的出胶率比掉角高。根据有关资料记载,鹿胶的熬制方法有以下两种(均简称为常法):1.《云南省药品标准》1974年版的方法:将鹿角锯成约长10～15cm,用水漂洗,置锅中加水多次煎煮,至胶质提尽,乘热滤过,合并滤液,加入冰糖(鹿角1000g,加冰糖30g),
