目的了解岳阳市医院、诊所的消毒效果。方法2006-2008年按《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》对岳阳市的医院和诊所进行消毒效果监测。结果35所医院的总合格率为91.5%,2006-2008年分别为87.5%、90.9%、96.4%;89家诊所总合格率为72.6%,2006-2008年分别为70.8%、72.2%、74.6%。所有的消毒效果监测项目医院的合格率都高于诊所。结论岳阳市医院、诊所消毒效果监测合格率逐年稳中有升;医院消毒效果明显优于诊所;要大力加强对诊所的消毒效果监测。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of hospitals and clinics in Yueyang City. Methods From 2006 to 2008, the disinfection effects of hospitals and clinics in Yueyang City were monitored according to “Disinfection Technical Code” and “Hospital Disinfection Health Standard”. Results The overall qualification rate of 35 hospitals was 91.5%, from 87.5% to 90.9% to 96.4% from 2006 to 2008 respectively. The overall qualification rate of 89 clinics was 72.6%, from 2006 to 2008, they were 70.8%, 72.2% and 74.6% respectively %. All the disinfection monitoring project hospitals have a higher pass rate than the clinic. Conclusion Yueyang City hospitals, clinics, disinfection monitoring results steadily steadily year on year; hospital disinfection was significantly better than the clinic; to vigorously strengthen the clinic disinfection monitoring.
