1990年代以来,团中央在全国范围内发起“开展青年志愿者行动”的号召,旨在激发广大青年积极投身社会活动,培养青年人为社会奉献的主人翁意识。在这一时代背景的呼唤下,短短的十年间,各级各类的志愿者组织如雨后春笋般地涌现,青年志愿者的足迹几乎遍布了神州大地的每一个角落,大学生们更是责无旁贷地成为了这支队伍的主力军,他们奉献爱心、服务社会,积极倡导“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神。 笔者作为上海市杰出志愿者团体——复旦大学“兴家”志愿服务队的负责人,先后组织了一系列有关上海青年志愿者活动的调查。调查共分三个阶段:第一阶段,自行设计问卷,对复旦大学的93名青年志愿者做了调查,主要围绕对志愿者活动现状的评价和参加志愿者活动的感受两方面展开。第二
