目的探讨高频超声在新生儿及小婴儿髋关节DDH筛查、诊疗中的实用价值。方法超声检查424例年龄在出生后2天~生后100天的新生儿及小婴儿髋关节,应用Graf法测量α、β角。结果 424例新生儿及小婴儿,共检查髋关节848个。其中髋关节不稳定12例;髋关节发育不良3例。出生30-100天复查结果;髋关节不稳定的12例中,有9例复查恢复正常;3个髋关节转为髋关节发育不良;髋关节发育不良的3例转化为髋关节趋于稳定。结论高频超声能够对婴幼儿髋关节发育不良进行早期筛查并追踪随访,具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the practical value of high frequency ultrasound in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of DDH in newborn and infants. Methods Totally 424 newborns and infants aged from 2 days after birth to 100 days after birth were examined with Graf method for α and β angles. Results 424 newborns and small infants, a total of 848 hip joints. Including hip instability in 12 cases; hip dysplasia in 3 cases. Birth 30-100 days review results; hip instability in 12 cases, 9 cases returned to normal; 3 hip to hip dysplasia; 3 cases of hip dysplasia into the hip tend to be stable. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can detect early childhood hip dysplasia and follow-up, has important clinical value.
