团结、奋进、胜利的党的十六大站在新世纪的征程上,着眼于实施现代化建设的第三步战略部署,以高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,继往开来,与时俱进,全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,为开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面而奋斗为主题,高屋建瓴,思想深刻,阐明了我们在新的世纪举什么旗、走什么路、实现什么奋斗目标的重大问题,成为今后一个时期我们改革开放和现代化建设事业的行动纲领,也是我们地税事业发展的指路明灯。当前,深入学习贯彻十六大精神,把全体地税于部职工的思想统一到十六大精神上来,一心一意收好税,全心全意谋发展,是地税系统的首要政治任务。
In the course of the new century, the 16th CPC National Congress standing in unity, forging ahead and winning victory aims at holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents, Advancing with the times, building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, accelerating the socialist modernization, and striving to create a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the theme, having a high-spirited building with profound ideology and clarifying what flag we should hold in the new century, Realize the major issue of what the goal of struggle and become a program of action for our reform, opening up and the cause of modernization in the coming period and as a guide to the development of our local government taxation. At present, studying and implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress in great depth, unifying the thinking of all local government tax officials with the ministry to the spirit of the 16th CPC Congress, earnestly paying taxes in good earnest, and wholeheartedly seeking development are the primary political tasks of the local taxation system.
