煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿最严重自然灾害,钻屑量指标法是现场煤与瓦斯突出预测主要方法.考虑深部开采条件下水平地应力作用不能忽略,引入平均有效应力,建立了钻孔周围平面应变力学模型,利用Mohr-Coulomb准则推导得到了新钻屑量公式,分析了钻屑量与平均有效应力、煤体力学参数间关系规律,计算结果与重庆三汇一矿2124工作面现场钻屑量实测值进行了对比验证.研究结果表明:钻屑量与平均有效应力、煤层深度、煤体容重、泊松比均呈线性递增关系,钻屑量与煤体弹性模量呈幂指数递减关系;采用新钻屑量公式计算结果与三汇一矿现场实测值吻合较好,误差为1.9%.研究结果可为深部煤与瓦斯突出预测提供参考.
Coal and gas outburst are the most serious natural disasters in coal mines, and the drill cuttings volume index method is the main method for on-site coal and gas outburst prediction. Considering the horizontal stress action under deep mining conditions can not be ignored, the average effective stress is introduced to establish the plane strain Mechanics model. The formula of new drill cuttings was deduced by Mohr-Coulomb criterion. The relationship between cuttings cuttings and average effective stress and coal mechanics parameters was analyzed. The calculated results were in good agreement with those of 2124 working face The results show that the amount of drill cuttings increases linearly with the average effective stress, coal seam depth, bulk density and Poisson’s ratio of coal, and the relationship between drill cuttings and coal elastic modulus decreases exponentially. The calculated results of the new drilling cuttings amount coincide well with the measured values of the Sanhui-I mine, with an error of 1.9%. The results can provide reference for the prediction of deep coal and gas outburst.
