实心球的特点是圆而软,缺少弹性,伸缩性较大;其规格多样,有大有小,有轻有重,可广泛运用于体育教学中。它对发展学生的基本活动能力,激发学习兴趣,丰富教学手段,提高教学效果等颇有帮助。下面介绍一组巧用实心球练习。一、抱球接力赛在2-4条起跑线上各画一个小圆,每个圆里摆放3-4个实心球,在离起点线25-50米处,分别插一面小旗。将学生分成人数相等的2-4组,分别站在起跑线处。教师发令后,各队排头抱起球,快速前跑绕过小旗返回把球放在圆圈里,第二人再抱球搬运(见图1)。依次进
