犹豫模糊偏好关系是一种有效的群决策工具。针对犹豫模糊偏好关系,提出乘性一致性、一致性指数、可接受乘性一致性等概念;获得了乘性一致性犹豫模糊偏好关系的若干判定条件。同时构造了特征犹豫模糊偏好关系,并证明了其满足乘性一致性。在此基础上,给出了不满足乘性一致犹豫模糊偏好关系的调整方法,论证了算法的收敛性。文中提出了基于犹豫模糊偏好关系的群决策模型和步骤。实例分析说明犹豫模糊偏好关系的群决策模型方法是可行和有效的。
Hesitary fuzzy preference relationship is an effective group decision-making tool. Aiming at the preference relations of hesitation fuzzy preference, the conceptions of multiplicative consistency, consistency index and acceptable multiplicative consistency were proposed. Some judgment conditions were obtained for the fuzzy preference relations of hesitation. At the same time, the fuzzy preference relationship of feature hesitation is constructed and it is proved that it satisfies the multiplicative consistency. On this basis, the adjustment method that does not satisfy the ambiguous preference relationship of multiplicative consensus is given, and the convergence of the algorithm is demonstrated. In this paper, the group decision-making model and steps based on hesitant fuzzy preference relations are proposed. The example analysis shows that the method of group decision model which hesitates fuzzy preference relationships is feasible and effective.
