当前,我国大型建筑施工企业的财务风险是不可避免的,关键是如何更好的规避问题。本文在财务风险管理与控制的理论基础上,针对大型建筑施工企业的自身特点,重点剖析面临的主要财务风险,并提出几点对策和建议。这有助于研究建筑施工企业的财务风险管理,不仅有利于财务风险管理理论的丰富,而且对企业经营管理水平的提高也同样具有现实意义。
At present, the financial risk of large-scale construction enterprises in our country is inevitable, the key is how to better circumvent the problem. Based on the theory of financial risk management and control, this paper focuses on the major financial risks faced by large construction enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This helps to study the financial risk management of construction enterprises, which is not only conducive to the enrichment of the theory of financial risk management, but also of practical significance to the improvement of business management.
