职业性变态反应性肺泡炎是由于生产过程中吸入大量种类复杂的有机粉尘所引起,基本病理改变为肺组织弥漫性炎症和肉芽肿生成。尽管其临床表现的特异性不强,但最终可发展为不可逆的肺组织纤维化,危害不可谓不重。国内外已有不少有关其流行病学规律的报告,并积极探索其发病机制。本文拟从变态反应性肺泡炎的职业暴露、流行病学规律、免疫学发病机制等方面综述相关研究进展,为今后的基础研究提供相关依据。
Occupational allergic alveolitis is due to the production process inhaled a large number of complex types of organic dust caused by the basic pathological changes of diffuse lung inflammation and granuloma formation. Although its clinical manifestations of the specificity is not strong, but eventually can develop irreversible lung fibrosis, harm can not be underestimated. There have been many reports on its epidemiological laws both at home and abroad, and its pathogenesis has been actively explored. This article intends to summarize the related research progress from the aspects of occupational exposure, epidemiology and immunological pathogenesis of allergic alveolitis, and provide relevant evidences for future basic research.
