Jojoba, also known as jojoba, the fruit of this desert shrub can produce oil, it can bring prosperity to impoverished Indians, but also exterminate sperm whales. In the United States and Mexico’s western region, an unobtrusive shrub grows messily. This seemingly useless plant is called Simmondsia chinensis schneid. Recently, it has drawn great attention from the scientific community. This is because the oil that is squeezed out by its fruit is very peculiar and differs fundamentally from that of the fruits of other plants. Therefore, experts and industrialists are eager to carry out a large number of tests on it in terms of products and processing. The result is encouraging.
