市场经济是公平竞争的经济,其中涵盖了社会公平的理念。促进社会公平的改革,既有其内在的逻辑和体系,也是经济体制改革的重要保障和关键推动力。在完善市场经济目标取向下促进社会公平,要重点保障财产、所得和人本权利公平,着力在财产收益、初次分配、再分配调节、社会保障和公共服务等关键环节深化改革。
Market economy is a fair competition economy, which covers the concept of social equity. The reform that promotes social fairness has both its inherent logic and system as well as an important guarantee and a key driving force for the reform of the economic system. In order to promote social equity under the goal of improving the market economy, we should focus on ensuring the fairness of property, income and human rights, and strive to deepen the reform in such key links as property proceeds, initial distribution, redistribution regulation, social security and public services.
