随着电磁场理论的建立,电磁对生物体的作用及影响已引起人们的广泛关注,各种研究表明磁场也是骨科治疗领域使用较多且效果较确切的生物物理刺激技术。文章对电磁场在现代骨科领域的应用研究进展作一概述。着重介绍了骨科磁场治疗技术的发展历史、磁场的生物学效应、磁场应用于骨科领域的机制及研究现状和磁场的副作用,最后对磁场的未来研究进行展望。
With the establishment of EMF theory, the role and influence of EM in living organisms have drawn much attention. Various studies have shown that the magnetic field is also a biophysical stimulation technique that is more used and more accurate in the field of orthopedic treatment. The paper summarizes the research progress of electromagnetic field in the field of modern orthopedics. The development of orthodontic magnetic therapy technology, the biological effect of magnetic field, the mechanism of magnetic field applied in orthopedics field, the research status and the magnetic field side effects are mainly introduced. Finally, the future research of magnetic field is prospected.
