INTER-NET, which is considered to be the quasi-information highway interconnection network, is almost a household name in developed countries, but perhaps stranger to most of our country. The predecessor of the INTERNET was a military experimental network built by the U.S. Department of Defense in 1969, which evolved into an INTERNET network and was mainly linked to national laboratories and university computers to provide education and research workers with an advanced computer network environment and hence the name Science Education Network. It receives about $ 30 million in government subsidies each year from the National Science Foundation. INTERNET has become the world’s largest, most users, the most widely affected network interconnection system. It has covered more than 150 countries, connecting more than 15,000 networks, 2.2 million hosts and more than 25 million users. Its combined capacity and size are turning over each year
