利用几个柱头外露率较高的品系与闭花授粉的大黑杂交,研究了栽培稻柱头外露性的遗传。试验表明,柱头外露性受一显性主基因(Ex)和一些微效基因所控制。通过连续回交和选择,已将籼型品系的柱头外露特性导入粳稻品种之中。
The inheritance of stigma exsertion in cultivated rice was studied using several lines with higher stigma exsertion rate and pollination of big black. Experiments show that stigmas are controlled by a dominant dominant gene (Ex) and some minor genes. By continuous backcrossing and selection, the stigma exsertion characteristics of indica lines have been introduced into japonica varieties.
