利用三维实体建模软件SolidWorks建立了复合肋工作台的实体模型,将其导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,经过局部细节的简化处理、单元选择及网格划分、边界条件的设置等步骤,再对其有限元模型进行静力学分析得到静变形量。综合复合肋工作台的静力有限元分析结果,改变工作台肋板厚度,提高了工作台的静刚度。
The solid model of the composite rib workbench was established by SolidWorks modeling software, which was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. After the local details were simplified, the cell selection and meshing, the boundary conditions were set, Then the static deformation of the finite element model is obtained. Based on the results of static finite element analysis of the composite ribbed table, the thickness of the ribbed table is changed and the static stiffness of the table is improved.
