新课程要求教师应成为学生学习活动的引导者。引导的特点是含而不露,指而不明,引而不发。引导的内容不仅包括方法和思维,同时也包括做人的价值。当学生对某种感兴趣的事物产生疑问并急于了解其中的奥秘时,教师不能简单地把自己知道的知识直接传授给学生,令他们得到暂时的满足,而应该充分相信学生的认知潜能,鼓励学生自主探索,积极从事观察、实验、猜测、推理、交流等数学活动,去大胆地“再创造”数学。
