随着经济社会的发展,会计专业技能型人才一直是人力资本市场最为紧缺的资源之一。高职院校会计专业人才培养如何适应市场需求和变化、如何提高人才培养质量,是本专业建设和教育教学改革中亟待解决的重要问题。教育部高教司[2004]1号文件明确要求,高等职业院校必须把培养学生动手能力、实践能力和可持续发展能力放在突出地位,促进学生技能培养。基于此,通过对“岗证课三位一体”人才培养模式的研究,具体阐述了“岗证课三位一体”人才培养模式的应用成效。
With the development of economy and society, accounting professional and technical personnel has been one of the most scarce resources in the human capital market. How to train the accounting professionals in higher vocational colleges to adapt to market demands and changes and how to improve the quality of personnel training are the important problems to be solved urgently in the construction of specialty and in the teaching reform of education. Ministry of Education Higher Education Department [2004] No. 1 document clearly requires that higher vocational colleges must give prominence to students ’practical ability, practical ability and sustainable development ability, and promote students’ skills development. Based on this, through the study of the “Trinity” training mode, this paper elaborates the application effect of “Three-in-one”.
