为提高铁路运输市场的竞争力,必须降低整个机车的运营费用,其中特别是要降低机车和部件的维修费用。以G800型液力传动内燃机车为例,简述了铁路运输企业的经济性与各种运用参数的关系,说明了机车维修策略与运营费用的关系,介绍了机车和部件与维修有关的运行参数的采集方法,并对所采集的运行参数进行了评估。指出为降低机车运营费用,应当采取动态维修方式,即应当采用所谓的柔性维修周期。
