生产、劳动、工作是人类生存发展、推动社会进步的基本活动。生产劳动过程中,尤其是工业生产过程中,存在着各种有害身体健康的因素,有些还可引发职业病(Occupational Disease)。职业病有广义、狭义之分,广义的职业病是指人们通常认为的一切与职业有关的疾病,包括“工作有关疾病”。而狭义的职业病仅指适用于《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,由立法机关赋予政府主管部门特殊行政监管权利的,具有明确法律责任的“法定职业病”。
Production, labor and work are the basic activities for the survival and development of mankind and the promotion of social progress. In the course of productive labor, especially in the process of industrial production, there are various factors that are harmful to the health of the population, and some of them can also cause the problem of occupational disease. Occupational diseases in a broad sense, narrow sense, a broad sense of occupational diseases refers to people generally think of all occupational-related diseases, including “work-related diseases ”. The narrow sense of occupational disease refers only to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases”, by the legislature to give the competent government departments special administrative rights, with clear legal responsibility “statutory occupational disease.”
