通过93例缺血性脑血管病人和120例猫脑缺血的动物实验模型证明到,脑缺血对 BAEP 的潜伏期和振幅都有改变,但振幅更为明显。BAEP 的振幅大小与脑血流量成正比关系。脑血流量和神经细胞的酶活性、形态间呈相关性变化。颈动脉系梗塞病人和椎基动脉系梗塞病人的 BAEP 振幅虽较一过性脑缺血发作改变明显,但前两者间无明显差异。
Through the experimental model of 93 ischemic cerebrovascular patients and 120 cases of cerebral ischemia in cats, it was proved that the cerebral ischemia had a change in the latency and amplitude of BAEP, but the amplitude was more obvious. The amplitude of BAEP is directly proportional to cerebral blood flow. Cerebral blood flow and nerve cell activity, morphological correlation showed changes. The amplitude of BAEP amplitude in patients with carotid artery infarction and vertebral artery infarction was significantly higher than those in patients with transient ischemic attack, but there was no significant difference between the two.
