目的提高临床合理用药水平,确保患者用药安全、良效。方法根据有关药学理论,参考有关文献,分析临床用药的合理性、科学性。结果在参与临床查房、随机抽查病历中发现确有不合理用药现象存在。结论合理用药任重道远,特别是在抗生素的应用中,一方面需要临床医生科学用药,另一方面需要加强多方面的监督和制约。
Objective To improve the clinical rational use of drugs to ensure that patients medication safety, good effect. Methods According to the theory of pharmacy, refer to the relevant literature to analyze the rationality and scientificity of clinical medication. Results in participating in clinical rounds, randomly selected medical records found that there is indeed irrational medication exists. Conclusion Rational drug administration has a long way to go. Especially in the application of antibiotics, clinicians need scientific medication on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and restriction in various aspects.
