目的评价新近出现的焊枪一体式除烟装置的通风效果。方法测定焊枪一体式除烟装置不同控制点的风速,在自然通风、万向臂通风,焊枪一体式除烟装置通风等三种通风条件下,对作业场所电焊烟尘浓度进行定点检测和个体检测,并进行统计学分析。结果本次测得的除烟装置的罩口风速为45.5 m/s,5 cm控制点风速和3 cm控制点风速分别为0.4 m/s和1.5 m/s。三种不同通风条件下,车间电焊烟尘浓度和个体接触水平均为采用除烟焊枪通风时最低(均为1.33±0.33 mg/m3),自然通风条件下的浓度最高。车间电焊烟尘浓度、个体接触水平分别在不同通风条件下比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=6.13、7.41,P<0.01)。三种通风条件下的电焊烟尘浓度和个体接触水平分别进行两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论焊枪一体式除烟装置使用方便,通风效果良好,值得在移动式电焊作业中推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the ventilation effect of the newly developed torch-integrated smoke removal device. Methods The speed of the welding torch integrated smoke removing device was measured. Conclusion Welding torch integrated smoke removal device easy to use, ventilation effect is good, it is worth to promote the use of mobile welding operations.
