1住房保障政策性金融体系的现状与问题“十二五”期间,各级政府将致力于健全分层次、多渠道、成系统的住房保障体系,通过完善各项制度,优化管理体制和运作机制,扩展人民群众保障性住房的政策受益面。值得关注的是,在住房保障建设工程进行的同时,住房保障金融的资金缺口逐渐成为困扰政府、亟需解决的问题之一。
