铸铁管生产采用连续铸造工艺是目前较先进的一种生产方法。由于连续铸管设备国内尚无专门固定的生产厂家,因此,拟采用连续铸管工艺的铸铁管厂只能按非标设备自行组织设计与制造。有关连续铸管机设计的资料很少,这给设计人员造成不便,本文对连续铸管机的倒管装置设计的几个问题进行了探讨。这是我们为某厂设计的大型连续铸管机工作的一部分,有关连续铸管机的设计我们将另文加以阐述。
Cast iron pipe production using continuous casting process is currently a more advanced method of production. As there is no continuous fixed pipe casting equipment manufacturer in China, therefore, it is proposed that the continuous casting pipe technology cast iron pipe plant can only be organized by non-standard equipment design and manufacturing. There are few data on the design of continuous casting machine, which causes inconvenience to the designers. This article discusses some problems of the design of the pouring device of continuous casting machine. This is part of the work on the large continuous casting machine we designed for a mill. We will describe the design of the continuous casting machine in another language.
