Humanistic accomplishment is the accomplishment and connotation of people outside the professional level. It is a unique personality charm cultivated by people under the influence of knowledge and environment. Teachers are the root of education development. Only teachers with high humane attainments can guide the healthy growth of pupils. Therefore, the development of humane literacy of primary school language teachers is indispensable. This paper studies the connotation of humanistic accomplishment, puts forward the importance of teachers’ humanistic accomplishment and the effective ways to enhance the humanistic accomplishment of Chinese teachers in primary school.
