本文从我国对外贸易的现状出发,总结了我国与贸易强国之间的差距与不利条件,进而分析了加工贸易在我国对外贸易中的重要地位和存在的问题,得出了调整加工贸易的结构是我国从贸易大国向贸易强国转变的主要路径,并提出了具体的措施和遇到的障碍。分析表明,我国在产业结构、贸易结构、贸易增长方式和国际贸易话语权等方面与贸易强国存在一定的差距,其中最主要的原因是在我国对外贸易中占有重要地位的加工贸易的结构。做好有效利用外资、加快创新等关键工作,才能调整加工贸易的结构,实现我国从贸易大国向贸易强国的转变。
Based on the current situation of our country’s foreign trade, this article summarizes the gap and unfavorable conditions between our country and the powerful trade country, and then analyzes the important status and existing problems of the processing trade in our country’s foreign trade. It concludes that the adjustment of the structure of the processing trade is China has changed from a major trading country to a powerful trading country and has put forward concrete measures and obstacles encountered. The analysis shows that there is a certain gap between our country and the powerful trade country in terms of industrial structure, trade structure, trade growth mode and the right of international trade. The most important reason is that the structure of processing trade occupies an important position in China’s foreign trade. Only by doing a good job of using foreign capital effectively and speeding up innovation can we adjust the structure of processing trade and realize the transformation of our country from a trading nation to a trading power.
