以多功能开放型企业供需网为研究对象,建立企业合作伙伴选择的决策模型.基于产品供需合作、技术供需合作、资金供需合作、管理供需合作、人才供需合作、信息供需合作等6因素构建企业合作评价指标体系;在此基础上,结合TOPSIS方法,建立基于权重系数的企业合作伙伴选择递阶层次评价模型;通过计算候选合作伙伴与各层次最优合作理想解的距离,确定候选合作伙伴的优劣排序.实证应用研究,验证了供需网企业合作评价指标体系构建的科学性,以及合作伙伴选择递阶层次评价模型的有效性和可操作性.
