布尔台煤矿42103回风顺槽为一矩形巷道,掘进宽度5.4m、掘进高度3.8m,受上覆22煤的22102、22103两工作面及临近的42102工作面多次动压及煤柱综合影响,两帮臌帮严重处1.5-2.0m,底臌0.3-1.4m。采取锚杆、锚索、注浆联合补强技术处理后,巷道变形基本稳定,能够保证42103工作面的正常开采使用。修复经验表明:足够的支护强度、科学的采掘顺序、合理的巷道布置、适当的煤柱宽度设置、矿压的实时观测是大断面煤巷变形控制的重要影响因素。
