近年来,上犹县通过一线培养选拔、实施乡镇津贴、完善绩效考核、破解住房难题等措施,有效激励人才向基层一线流动,到艰苦地区创业。一线培养选拔,树立鲜明导向。人才到一线去:制定下发《上犹县青年干部人才一线培养锻炼使用办法》,把经济社会发展主战场作为干部成长大舞台,每年有意识地抽调新录用乡镇公务员、科级后备干部等优秀青年干部参与渔业整治、信访维稳、招商引资、扶贫攻坚等
