目前,国内侧吹转炉的氧枪一般采用柴油冷却。在吹炼时供给氧枪较大的油量(简称大油),停吹时则以较小的油量供油(简称小油)。此外,兰炉龄增大时由于炉况的变化必须逐渐加大油量以保证氧枪不致被烧坏;当炉子长期停吹时由于炉内温度的下降,氧枪的供油也可由小油减少到保温油量。上述的油量调节原来是由操作人员手工进行的。人工控制既浪费人力和柴油,也不能保证调节的及时和准确。针对这一问题,我们研制了以单片机8035为中心的微机控制装置对氧枪供油进行自动调节。该系统造价低廉、安全可靠。投入运行后避免了人工操作的不准确性,达到了每吨钢油耗下降1~2kg的效果,并有利于转炉的安全和寿命。

The system is cheap, safe and reliable. Put into operation to avoid the inaccuracy of manual operation, reaching 1 ~ 2kg per tonne of steel consumption effect, and is conducive to the safety and life of the converter.
